Kevin BurdickNearly every week, I find myself featured on a podcast somewhere in the world.  One of the things that’s nice about podcasting, is people who have iTunes can download the podcasts and sample my music and other new music for free.  Some of these podcasts are very popular, some are very underground, but they are all an important part of the new media and wise musicians know to embrace them. My new favorite podcast that I’ve been listening to is “The Undemocratic Hitlist” out of the UK.  They aren’t just my new favorite because Albert Lee Fizz, the creater of the show, is a Kevin Burdick supporter (though that’s appreciated).  I like the Podcast because Albert continues to find great new music and share it with his tens of thousands of listeners across the globe.  He also interjects a ton of humor and unique news stories during his podcast which is fun as well.  Thanks to Albert, I discovered Chris Trapper – a relatively unknown artist with a ton of great music. At any rate, it’s my new favorite show on my iPod.  Thanks Albert Lee Fizz for the support and for making the world just a little more entertaining.
